Amplitude response at resonating frequencies observed in Laboratory matched with simulation amplitude response at particular frequencies.
Topology optimization carried out for X-link bracket in air-suspension systems and successfully optimized weight of the product up to 15%. Also, validated the optimized design against the existing one to pass endurance criteria.
Failure correlation study of O-ring in lift axle systems at higher temperature was successfully recreated in simulation and failure resolved with design change suggestion of inner delivery port diameter reduction.
Acquired Six sigma yellow belt for sub modelling of brake pedals to reduce the mesh convergence solving time up to 60 % and standardized the process throughout the simulation team.
