  • Performed Harmonic, Random vibrations for Electric-compressors , Relay valve actuators with ISO 16750 standard and achieved 100 % test correlation with modal frequencies. Amplitude response at resonating frequencies observed in Laboratory matched with simulation amplitude response at particular frequencies.
  • Topology optimization carried out for X-link bracket in air-suspension systems and successfully optimized weight of the product up to 15%. Also, validated the optimized design against the existing one to pass endurance criteria.
  • Failure correlation study of O-ring in lift axle systems at higher temperature was successfully recreated in simulation and failure resolved with design change suggestion of inner delivery port diameter reduction.
  • Acquired Six sigma yellow belt for sub modelling of brake pedals to reduce the mesh convergence solving time up to 60 % and standardized the process throughout the simulation team.
  • Mounting boss fatigue analysis of ZF TRW steering housing assembly for commercial vehicles is carried out to understand contact pattern study between chassis mounting bracket and the main housing assembly.
  • Frequency based damping methodology developed in Ansys mechanical for Random vibration/Harmonic analysis to capture the rubber bushing effects in structural damping based on the frequency ranges.
  • Successfully published SAE paper and presented in SAE conference. Title : "Ride Comfort Analysis of Passive and Air Suspension System of Quarter-and-Half Car Using MATLAB/SIMULINK 2023-28-0159". I was one of the co-author of the paper.
