Project Name : Customers Profile Screening

Environment: PDF, Uipath, Desktop Application, Outlook

Duration : January 2021 To March 2022

Description: This process is about updating customers information from PDF into DataTrack Application. Bot needs to access folder to extract PDF files and Update customer information in DataTrack Application. Have developed bot using sequence with PDF automation and created SDD for this project.

Project Name : Clearing Visa Rejects

Environment: Uipath, Outlook, Web Application, Excel

TimeFrame: November 2023 to February 2024

Description: Developing bot of dispatcher and performer using reframe work. Used Queue for adding all the visa reject transaction items. If the transaction is not eligible for chargeback, visa will reject the request and all the rejected transactions will be in Visa reject queue. In Performer bot will open each transaction and check for chargeback eligibility. If it is eligible then bot will assign the transaction to agent and if not bot will clear the transaction from the queue. At the end of the process, bot will send all the consolidated result of the each transaction to SME in .xlsx table format.

Project Name : SCF Reconsilation

Environment: Outlook, PDF, Excel, Web Application

TimeFrame: June 2024 to August 2024

Description: Developed an automated bot to streamline the process of downloading, extracting, and updating data from PDF reports received via email. Configured the bot to monitor an Outlook inbox for incoming emails with attachments, ensuring that only PDFs of the same format and type were downloaded to a designated "input" folder. Implemented a sequential processing workflow where the bot extracts relevant data from each PDF file. Integrated the bot to update the extracted data into a structured Excel DataTable, ensuring data accuracy and proper format alignment. Built exception handling capabilities to log any errors during processing. In case of failure, the bot flags the specific file as "Failed," and it remains in the input folder for reprocessing in subsequent runs. Automated email notifications are sent to users upon successful processing of all files, with the final Excel report attached for review. Ensured scalability and error management by designing robust logging systems for tracking and resolving processing issues.
