• Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ELV Systems such as CCTV System, Access control system, Public Address System, Alarm system, Carpark barrier system, PWD System, Intercom System, Turnstile system, Visitor management system, Hearing enhancement system, Key management system, Guard Tour System & Fireman intercom system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ELV Systems, creating drawings and selecting appropriate components.
• Supervising the installation of ELV Systems, conducting Programming, testing and commissioning and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Working with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation including design drawings, specifications and as-built drawings.
• Work with project manager to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensuring that projects meet quality standards and industry regulations.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing maintenance support for ELV Systems.

• Integrated ELV Systems for 4 block commercial and residential building guccoland, Singapore.
• Integrated ELV Systems for Singapore Power group 34 storey High rise building at labarotor park, Singapore.
• Integrated ELV Systems at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Singapore.
• Integrated ELV Systems at Orange Grove Hotel, Singapore.
• Integrated ELV Systems at Global Indian International School and American School.
