• Monitoring the daily activities with respect to the planning schedule
• Study project drawing and to be totally aware of the same, check architectural and structural drawing for conformity aware
• Effectively managing manpower, material, machinery and sub-contractors at site
• Daily co-ordination with surveyor, supervisor, foreman, store keeper and supporting the project manager
• Preparing and sending DLR & DPR to the head of the project
• Checking BBS, shuttering and other related works at site
