ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning:

• Develop comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather information and insights for accurate demand forecasting.
• Utilize relevant software tools to create and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Monitor and analyze production capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
• Work closely with production teams to understand real-time challenges and adjust plans accordingly.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and adherence to schedules.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages, ensuring that production aligns with sales and distribution requirements.

Logistics Operations:

• Coordinate transportation activities, including booking carriers, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods from origin to destination.
• Increased order fulfillment accuracy by developing a comprehensive tracking system.
• Planned and supervised shipments from production to end-user and scheduled daily and weekly routes.
• Directed shipping and receiving of wide range of products daily.
• Coordinated driver dispatch to accomplish daily delivery requirements.
• Developed and implemented web-based tracking systems for improved monitoring.
• Tracked production and quality control systems to proactively identify deficiencies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and certificates of origin.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system:

• Utilizes the ERP system to plan and schedule production activities,create and manage work orders, and optimize resource allocation.
• Manages and monitors inventory levels, tracks stock movements, and ensures accurate stock records within the ERP system.
• Utilizes the ERP system for managing procurement processes, creating purchase orders, and collaborating with suppliers.
• Manage quality control processes, record inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards in the ERP system.
• Executes production tasks, records real-time data, and interacts with the ERP system to update work order statuses.
• Track and analyze costs related to manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Generates reports related to production status , Raw materials status,finished goods status and delivery status by daily basis.
• Coordinates transportation activities, manages shipments, and updates logistics information within the ERP system.
• Analyzes data within the ERP system to derive insights, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
