· As a team member, contribute in monitoring payments and making payments processed within their cutoff time(Domestic(FED,ACH),International(MCA), FX Payments.Check Print.
· Ensure in opening high priority tickets and bridges if there is any delay or leading to high financial impact to clients.
· Monitor jobs which generate prior day and intraday reports based on which clients do next transaction, so sensitive that any improper report may lead to financial impact.
· Troubles shoot in letting client on rejection of their transaction which is managed by opening incidents in service now.
· Collect application’s users list details and update it to IAM
· Validating the Client Billing report / Files (payment and statements file)
· Create reports in service now to help team drive if we are in miss in any acceptance and closure SLA for incident and problem tickets.
· Drive weekly calls with team on status of their tickets, if they are in need of any help.
· Taking care of change implementations and application validation during weekends.
· Taking care of informing customer leadership and global audiences on any long delay or outages.
· Coordinating and collaborating application teams and vendors on bridges on any break downs.
· Manage implementation of customers from contract to go live.
· Keep internal and partner teams tracking to plan.
· Manage team members and mentor them to produce timely quality results.
