 Tracfone is new Verizon prepay system which is used for migrate the customers to post-pay to pre-pay and Pre-pay to Post-pay ordering system. In this we have three phases, New customers, Existing customers, Disconnect customers migrating from post-paid to prepay.

Store Builder Project aims at creating the ecosystem to manage channel store deployment activities across regions for Apple Inc. Store Builder Tool would be a global tool, which will be used by Apple internal users, Partners and Vendors to manage store (fixture) deployment across the globe for Apple Channel Sales at Channel Partner locations. This tool would be built using Pega platform.

Coffee Billing is an online Rep GUI where the Rep can issue adjustments and claims, when customer calls, Rep can able to see last 12 months bills, payments & adjustments.,  

NPD Legacy Billing System (Mainframe Testing), Verizon Communications Inc, USA, From 04/2005 to 12/2012.

The Integrated Testing Organization (ITO) caters to the testing needs of Verizon Data Services. ITO operates with managed test environments and efficient test process to ensure customer satisfaction through requirements-based testing. The project NPD-ITO takes care of the testing requirements of the NPD Legacy Billing System. The NPD Legacy Billing System handles the core LEC billing for states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Any new products offered in these three states must be tested and certified by NPD ITO prior to its implementation in production.
