Role: EWM functional consultant

• Worked in the post-implementation phase to resolve the issues and stabilize the system
• Worked on tickets having Medium Priority
• Good understanding of the integration between R3 ERP, Legacy, SAP CRM and SAP EWM systems
• Extensively used the warehouse monitor for resolving live issues
• Participated in quarterly releases, related to the warehouse monitor and rearrangement process in the warehouse
• Primarily supported the issues related to:
• Master Data Related Issues.
• Inbound processes – Unloading , Deconsolidation , Putaway.
• Outbound processes – Picking, packing, loading, Goods issue
• Internal Process (Rearrangement, Replenishment, Scrapping, Physical Inventory)
• Experience in resolving incidents related to MM Module (Assisted end-users with issues related to configuring Materials Management processes/objects: requisitions, release strategies, material purchase orders, service purchase orders, outline agreements, source lists, service entry sheets, material masters, vendors, goods receipts, goods issues, physical inventories and Vendor Master Data).

• SAP MM and WM end user experience
• Oversaw the management of 5 warehouses including 2 Cold storage warehouses.
• Supervised a team of 20-30 employees and 4 different departments daily, shipping, receiving, inventory and Payments.
• Handled day to day shipping, receiving.
• Oversaw the packing and and storing of between 5000-15000 packages per day.
• Used hand-held scanners and physical documents to track the packages.
• Audited daily ledger and maintained all inventory records.
• Prepared inventory reports on daily basis.
• Headed the Grading, Procurement, Storage, Transporting, and Direct Benefit Transfer operations of the Government of India Scheme (Price Support Scheme) for 5 years.
• Maintained strong vendor connections at all stages, including arranging pricing and delivery structures.
• Experience for e-Samridhi Portal of NCDEX e Markets Limited (NeML).

• Worked as a District Level co-ordinator for Swachh Bharat Mission.
• Experience in the Government tendering process.
• Managed approximately 20-30 correspondences every day from the public and vendors.
