• Heading a Lean team to manage the Application Engineering (Tendering) related to Electrical and Automation Systems for Metals, Mining, Oil & Gas & Marine Segments for India & Asia region. This team has been a significant contributor for meeting the target Sales of 38 M US$ for the India region in the year 2023.
• Job involves analysis of Customer RFQ, review Technical Proposal, costing, Risk assessment (TRA) and alignment with Sales and commercial teams to manage reviews with the leadership team and timely bid submission without comprising on quality. Coordination and alignment with various functional stake holders in terms of proposed technical solution & Cost. (Engineering, Commissioning, Sourcing, Suppliers and Global units).
• Additional responsibilities includes handling customer presentation / meetings or the Tendered opportunities, for new upcoming projects, Collaboration with Engineering functions for working on upcoming technologies.

Lead System Engineer Responsible for the execution of the Complex Metal project in India involving Power System, Drives and Automation. Project has been successfully completed the performance guarantee certificate for the complete system obtained from customer. Had been appointment as Lead Engineer midway of the Project, worked from there to complete the pending and ensure successful completion of the Project.

Was responsible for Engineering & Commissioning of various Metals Projects in India and abroad. Few e.g., India - Hindalco Industries (Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Strip Mills), Tata Steel (Hot Strip Mill) & USA - Thyseenkrup - Cold Rolling Mills

• Scheduled weekly section meetings to review emerging challenges, identify opportunities and recognize high-performing employees.
• Monitored Project schedules and made adjustments to achieve compliance with preset timelines.
• Detailed Engineering including preparation / validation of functional specification
• Responsible for completing the software development including testing.
• Customer / Vendor coordination and also Internal alignment w) Customer co-ordination for technical clarifications.
• Commissioning of the system.

• Responsible for the completion of the Software development of the automation system for various steel process such as Galvanizing lines and cold rolling mills.
• Job involves Co-ordination with the technical team from the concerned unit, development and validation of software for various metal applications, Performing the unit test on the equipment, conducting system integration test, commissioning of the system at site in India and overseas.

• Worked in System house of Schneider and responsible for Automation systems for various Projects.
• Design & Engineering of PLC System (Modicon Schneider PLC) which includes preparation of system configuration, IO List, Wiring drawing, programming, conducting of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and Commissioning of the system.
• Executed Various Projects in India and also in Srilanka
  

• Strengthened the knowledge in the water treatment process, worked on the Engineering, tendering and commissioning phases of the project thereby covering the complete life cycle of a project.
