Deploying VM’s, creating clone machines and taking a local snapshot through Prism Element.

· Increasing VM’s disk space, CPU, Memory whenever required & Creating/Cloning VM, and Restoring VMs from Snapshots

· Performance analysis and troubleshooting (CPU, Memory, Storage & Network)

· Regularly involved in various VM related tasks such as Upgrading VMware Tools, Upgrading VMware Virtual Hardware

· Performed Hyper V Host OS upgradation (from 2012 R2 to 2016)

· Manage, Support and troubleshoot VMware vSphere ESXi Host issues, VCenter Server, HA and DRS.

· Raising Case with Vendors to resolve Hardware related issues like disk, mother board, RAM, CPU, NIC failure

· Responsible to contact vendor and creating a case with them for the issues that are beyond our troubleshooting capabilities and fixing the issues as per their suggestion

· Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA) in closing client raised service/incident Request.

· Installing patches and makes ensure up to date windows update present on the servers
