Renea Wade

• Supervise Grades 9–12 Instruction – Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight for instructional programs and practices in grades 9–12.
• Manage Educator Licensure Processes – Oversee and support all licensure requirements and submissions for certified staff.
• Configure and Maintain TN Compass – Ensure accurate setup, data entry, and system management within TN Compass for personnel and licensure records.
• Coordinate English as a Second Language (ESL) Programs – Lead ESL program operations, including assessment, compliance monitoring, and instructional support.
• Serve as Advanced Placement (AP) Coordinator – Manage AP programming, exam administration, scheduling, and communication with students, staff, and College Board.
• Administer Year of Service and Tenure Processes – Oversee eligibility, documentation, and communication related to tenure and years of service.
• Supervise 9–12 Academic Coach – Provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight for the high school literacy coach.
• Lead Accountability and Data Initiatives – Monitor academic performance metrics and support schools in meeting state and district accountability expectations.
• Coordinate Interpretation and Translation Services – Ensure students and families have access to accurate and timely interpretation support.
• Oversee Homebound Instruction Services – Manage referrals, scheduling, and compliance for homebound instructional supports.
• Direct Summer School Programming – Plan, implement, and evaluate summer school programs for high school students.

• Oversee Attendance and Truancy Operations – Monitor attendance data, address chronic absenteeism, coordinate truancy interventions, and manage all required juvenile court record.
• Manage Student Information Systems and State Reporting – Maintain the district’s student management system and ensure accurate, timely submission of student data to the state.
• Administer Homeschool Student Records – Maintain, process, and ensure compliance of all homeschool documentation and student records.
• Manage Truancy Grant Operations – Oversee implementation, reporting, compliance, and use of funds associated with the Truancy Grant.
• Serve as District Testing Coordinator – Lead all districtwide assessment operations, including test administration, training, scheduling, security, and state compliance.

• Supervise PreK–8 Instruction – Provide leadership and oversight for curriculum, instructional practices, and assessment across grades PreK–8.
• Develop and Manage Voluntary PreK Grant – Write, implement, and oversee grant activities to support PreK programming and compliance.
• Develop and Manage After-School Learning Grant and Program – Lead program planning, grant administration, and evaluation for after-school learning initiatives.
• Manage Teacher Licensure and Highly Qualified Status – Ensure educator licensure compliance and maintain records of highly qualified teacher status.
• Oversee Grades 3–8 Testing – Coordinate assessment administration, training, and compliance with state and district testing requirements.
• Supervise English as a Second Language (ESL) Programs – Lead ESL program operations, including staff support, testing, compliance, and program effectiveness.

Grades 9–12 Mathematics Teacher

• Instruct Algebra I, Geometry, Dual Enrollment College Algebra, and AP Calculus.
• Design engaging lesson plans and assessments aligned with state standards.

Grades 9–12 Science Teacher

• Teach Chemistry I & II, Biology II, and Physics, integrating laboratory experiments and inquiry-based learning.

Extracurricular Leadership

• Sponsor Science Club, organizing student activities and competitions.
• Serve as Senior Class Sponsor, planning and overseeing the Senior Banquet and Senior Prom.
• Actively participate on district and school committees, including:
  Transition to block scheduling
  Implementation of academy scheduling
  SACS Accreditation as Data Chair

Grades 9–12 Mathematics Teacher

• Teach General Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Geometry.
• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons to support student learning.

Grades 9–12 Science Teacher

• Instruct General Science I & II, Physical Science, and Physics.
• Incorporate hands-on labs and inquiry-based learning to reinforce scientific concepts.

Extracurricular Leadership

• Co-Sponsor Science Club and Math Club, facilitating student activities, competitions, and enrichment opportunities.
• Serve as Senior Class Sponsor, planning and coordinating the Senior Banquet and Senior Prom.
