• Responsible for managing the entire testing project which includes strategizing the approach, selecting/appraising team members, assigning their tasks and acting as a single point of contact for the customer

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, adhering to established standards and best practices
• Identify areas for process improvement, implement innovative testing techniques, and contribute to enhancing the overall quality assurance processes.
• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, resolve issues, and drive project success.

Export/Import Letter of Credit:

• Successfully integrated the Export/Import Letter of Credit functionality into the company's software system.
