Project Description:

Napa Valley College is one of 116 public community colleges in the California Community College system. NVC serves a diverse community of students by providing a wide range of high-quality educational programs and comprehensive student services to help students succeed in their education, progress in the workplace, and engage in the civic and cultural life of the community. The College also stimulates the development and growth of the region through its educational, economic, and workforce opportunities, community partnerships, and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implemented Click and Pledge 3rd party tool. The Click & Pledge "package" isn't a single product but a suite of integrated fundraising tools for Salesforce, including Donor Management and Event Management, which have roles and responsibilities such as creating donation pages, managing campaigns, processing payments, and tracking events. The roles are within the user's organization, assigning users to manage or contribute to these functions, while responsibilities involve the setup and ongoing use of the platform to streamline fundraising, and engage donors.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data access policies.
• Configure Salesforce features—like customizing objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor student engagement, outreach campaigns, and institutional KPIs.
• Configure NPSP Settings.
• Account model (e.g., households vs.) Organizations)
• Household naming and duplicate management.
• Address management, including household and organization address options.
• Relationships between contacts and intelligent, reciprocal assignment.
• Donations, recurring donations, soft credits, GAUs (General Accounting Units), and allocation rules.
• Bulk data processes for automating imports, or rollups.
• Naming conventions for donations (opportunities).

Project#2:

Title: Product Sales

Client: Winsor Learning, Curvature, Prevail, CL&D.

Duration: March 2023 to October 2024.

Environment: Salesforce CPQ.

Project Description:

Winsor Learning provides Orton-Gillingham-based Sonday System® programs and training. Educational experts at industry-leading organizations, such as the National Center for Learning Disabilities and the International Dyslexia Association, have evaluated the Sonday System and determined that the program contains the required elements for teaching reading, identified by the National Reading Panel. Winsor Learning believes in giving children their best chance to succeed in school. We've partnered with one of the country's foremost experts in the Orton-Gillingham multisensory method for reading intervention to create the Sonday System: a simple, cost-effective tool for K-12 educators to identify and quickly intervene with struggling readers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for CPQ implementation and enhancements.
• Customized CPQ objects, including Quotes, Quote Line Items, Product Rules, Price Rules, and Discount Schedules.
• Designed and implemented a single price book for all products.
• Created a quote document with conditional hiding of the field.
• Created a report and dashboard.
• Created a price rule for the products to display their shipping and tax charges.
• Created a flow to automate.
• Implement automation using Flow or Process Builder.
• Implemented email templates and email alerts.
• Configured Bundle.
• Created and implemented the approval process and quote documents.
