1. Power BI development for JM Baxi Logistics Company

• Developed a BI report to analyze the performance of the company across the different Terminals , ICF and ICD, Export and Import , Sales, Finance.
• The key challenges faced during this project are complex dax calculations ,huge volume of data handled in the SQL Server . With the help of DAX calculations able to achieve the data accuracy.
• As we had 4 years of historic data as a huge volume , Incremental refresh plays a vital role to avoid data discrepancy .

2. Power BI development for Suguna Poultry Ltd

• Developed a BI report to analyze the performance of the company across their various Stages such as Breeding , Growing , Laying , Hatchery , Sales .
• The key challenges faced in this project is to achieve the data accuracy as all the stages are interlinked with one another . Here we had handled a complex data model in order to look through the data via each and every stages.
• Able to achieve clients expectation on developing drill through reports, Clustered and column charts and waterfall chart, map visuals and some custom visuals .
• Also provided a high level RLS setup to get the data from manager level to each user level in order to maintain the data privacy .

3. Support Activities:

• By providing support to the clients on explaining the function of the visuals and managing the refresh schedules in the Power bi Service.
• Using SQL Queries able to achieve the Unit testing and the data accuracy is maintained.
