• Checks manpower levels and construction equipment/tool availability of subcontractor.
• Advises subcontractor on construction methods with particular emphasis on compliance with safe working procedures.
• Interfaces with other site departments, particularly project controls, material control and engineering, to maintain proper support for and control of subcontractor
• Commercial acumen including follow up for payments and contractual closure of all projects.
• Close monitoring of critical path activities is logged onto the systems.
• Coordinating with site manager for smooth execution of site activities.
• Preparing & submitting monthly status report.
• Follow-Up with clients, vendors and other internal departments like purchase, production, quality control, dispatch, store and procurement.
• Coordination with various engineering discipline to ensure complete compliance to specification before order is being placed.
• Monitoring, Submission of progress reports & highlights major achievements of planned activities & area concern to management & Clients.
• Expertise in all type of pipe line erection, emergency shut down due to failure of pressure parts of boilers, repair/maintenance of super heater coils, economizer coils, valves etc.
• Experienced in handling complete project operation entailing planning, resource utilization, procurement and technical support, estimation, load flow calculation.
• Possess technical knowledge with high sense of communication skill to espouse better team management.
• IBR & PESO documentations.
• Organizes training to new boiler operators.
• Liasoning with local Authorities for taking NOC.
• Conduct regular inspection of the sections for identifying any unsafe condition and take corrective action against them along with against those identified by employees and workers.
