  • Championed the execution of six existing base service contracts into one $88.5M Base Operations Support (BOS) contract providing over 27 critical services across the base. This new BOS contract provides the essential resources to base operations, warfighter capability, quality of life, and infrastructure support.
  • Sustained leadership through two supervisory changes, one supervisory eight-month vacancy, and a 50% vacancy rate for contracting and project management. Leadership, dedication and resiliency were instrumental to the division’s ability to continue to perform-to-plan, maintain mission readiness, and enable USMC warfighters.
  • Led a transformational organization change incorporating 7 USMC civilians to become FEAD’s Project Development Engineering Technician (PDET) section focusing on pre-construction project development. This change enabled the FEAD to have full spectrum cradle to grave project management ranging from initial requirement development to final acceptance and beneficial occupancy.
  • Delivered beneficial occupancy of over 40 projects valued over $120M tracking over 360,000 contractor man-hours with zero mishaps. Safety leadership, and exemplary performance has been an asset to NAVFAC Southwest Contractor Safety Program leading to receiving an Individual Military Safety through Awards and Recognition (STAR) award and FEAD Office STAR Safety Award.
