Program the Fanuc robot to troubleshoot faults, adjust offsets, power cycle, and rehome the robot when it crashes using the tech pendant.

Work on WulfTech experience with the HMI, adjust speed on the wrap, adjust the prox sensor, photo eye, and limit switch, and replace the sensor when needed.

Work on the control box, Fanuc operation box, using a meter. Use continuity to check for a blown fuse, and perform a power cycle when the robot faults out.

On the label machine, adjust the pneumatic pressure on a control valve, and replace the hose; I had to replace the photo sensor.

Replace or repair the chains, sprockets, bearings, and grease when needed. On the wrapper arm, replace belt on the pulley.
