John Deere Store is Ecommerce platform where users, employee get into & shop in their convenient way. Its deployed in Amazon Web Space & hybris concept comes into action from carts & checkout functionality
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Working as support team doing daily activities like order management,
monitoring health of all the hybris nodes.
 Bug Fixes in code level
 Handling service now incidents (P1 & P2)
 Batch Processing - Impex, Hot folder processing
 Product Management, Order Management
 Dealing straight with Customers & analyzing, providing solution for their
problems in CCMS platform.

 Working in Site Reliability Team where we manage the application status,
tracking its performance via AppDynamics & DotCom Monitor and analysis the root cause & trouble shooting for the violation happening on the hybris application.

Project Description:
Schemes portal is e-commerce platform in which all Asian Paints dealers can get their Credit notes and debit notes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Review functional as well as technical requirements and design specifications to ensure full achievement.
 Design, Develop, Code movement
 Participated in Software design and code reviews
 Major Achievement : Involved in automate CN generating to Dealer account once its pushed to cart and pending for specific time.
Have involved in more support activities tied up with all the regions throughout country to get the schemes settled on time every month.

Project Description:
Dealer portal is an Ecommerce portal in which we were managingB2C
relationships. I was involved with creating web services, microservices on Commerce module as well for order management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Review functional and design specifications to ensure full achievement
 Participated in Customer Experience Engagement & analyzed, found out all the problems facing in Ecommerce application by customers & stakeholders.
 Participated in Software design and optimization of synchronous calls.

Project Description:
COPS is an Ecommerce portal in which we were managing B2C relationships. We are handling direct order taking from the dealers over call and punch the orders in ERP basis availability of the SKUs.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
 Understanding full functionalities of the portal & introduced efficient way of order punching and reduced the queue time of the dealers.
 Design, Developed mechanism for order splitting.
 Worked as a trainee and involved in creating cronjobs and support order
punching in ERP through background jobs.
