SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( PIPING AND STRUCTURE)

Review ITP,Procedures,Method Statements,Vendor Data Sheets,Material Specifications,and other Quality related documents.

 Inspection of incoming material and Verification of raw material Test Certificates (TC) with reference to codes and standards.

 Carried out inspection for above ground piping & structures verification for visual & dimensional inspection of piping spools; inspection of fit-up & welding of joints; inspection of the proper orientation of all fabricated pipes as per isometric drawings, including visual inspection of all welding profiles and conduct inspection for all welding materials that conforms to WPS.

 Review and Preparing WPS and PQR.

 Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) according to ASME SectionIX.

 Control of welding material (Electrode, Filler Wire) backing of Low Hydrogen Electrode.

 Monitor welder performance and welding activities to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the approved welding procedure.

 Preparing NDE request forms prior to carry as per client’s satisfactory requirements.

 Performing site Quality Assessments, Raising Surveillance reports listing violations and

observations with comments and recommendations.

 Monitoring & Review of Preheat / PWHT charts cooling & heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the chart piping joints.

 Carrying out Positive Material Identification (PMI) test on materials.

 Identifying, analyzing and resolving problems and issues with quality assurance and control for onshore site construction. Planning and coordinating QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance with contract requirement.

 Raise the RFI (Request for inspection) & coordinates with client for carry out the inspection of piping&welding activities asper ITP.

 Inspection of piping internal cleanliness & Preservation activities.

 Preparation of Piping Test Packages, Mechanical Clearance Inspection & Pressure Test Inspection with Client.
