3. Delta HCI DVS

• Test Bench setup up of Domain and workgroup environment to meet the Pre-requisite for installation on various DeltaV workstation type like Remote HOP, Inter Zone and Redundant Application stations.
• Critical Regression testing for DeltaV nodes.
• Virtualization setup for different DVS builds.
• DeltaV template testing for Domain and workgroup environment.

4. DeltaV Release

• Perform Complimentary Product testing
• System Regression, Critical Regression, Pre-Media Checkout, Media Checkout.
• DeltaV application testing such as DeltaV Explorer, DeltaV Live, DeltaV Batch and other DeltaV Applications.

• Managed to prepare Preventive Maintenance and shutdown activity planning and reports.
• Managed to Maintain and monitor various field instruments and the process of Co-Generation power plant (HONEYWELL DCS), Incineration power plant (EMERSON DCS & SUPCON DCS) & Distillery plant (SUPCON DCS), which was fully automated by DCS.
• Managed to work on all these Plants simultaneously.
• Managed to work under new Erection and Commissioning of Power Plant.
• Troubleshooting of Field Instruments.
• Calibration of Field Instruments.
• Preparation of I/O list, checklist for field instruments.
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
