- Installation of MI4/M Powered at customer location and Monitoring from our system.
- Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers.
- Diagnosed software issues and applied troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems.
- Developing & Implementation of the Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine & further ensuring the Global Action of All Machines
- Responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome the problem

- Generation of Spare Parts Business & Developing the Spare Parts recommendation
