Functions Planning process Automation: Played a pivotal role as a core project team member in the development, testing, data transformations, and user training for automating functions planning processes using the SAC Planning Tool. Led user acceptance testing (UAT), provided comprehensive user training, and effectively managed stakeholders by resolving queries through incident management

2. Staff cost Analysis and Automation: Provided valuable insights to function stakeholders on staff cost variance through deep-dive analysis of drivers. Identified key variances contributing to cost discrepancies, which facilitated more effective planning.

3. Event Based LE: Created a comprehensive event-based standardized LE template for Functions, PT, and IDT to capture cost changes by various events from spender to sponsor view. This template aids in effective planning by allowing businesses to incorporate these changes into their LEs, replacing traditional LE methods and establishing a standardized process

4. Developed an FX Dashboard in Power BI, significantly enhancing FX Analysis and addressing stakeholder queries. This dashboard provides key benefits through detailed monthly trends, currency fluctuations, and cost category analysis.

5.Standardization of Functions plan & LE submission to PT managed to accelerate our timeline, achieving an early submission of the business plan by one month.
