If you do, you will never cease to grow.” This philosophy has guided me throughout my 4.5 years as an IB Facilitator at Ela Green School, where I have continuously grown and evolved as an educator. I recognize that education extends beyond simply transferring knowledge—it involves shaping critical thinkers and global citizens. My primary goal is to inspire and empower the next generation by seamlessly integrating the curriculum with effective teaching methods. I meticulously analyze and align the curriculum with IB requirements, ensuring a well-structured and engaging approach. Additionally, I employ innovative and inclusive scaffolding techniques to support diverse learners. My dedication lies in equipping students not only with knowledge but also with essential skills and a global perspective. I am fully committed to advancing education through progressive pedagogy.

• IBEN Workshop leader: Unskilled as a workshop leader after a rigorous 8 weeks training of IB. The training tested the capability, skills and enriched the experience to lead MYP educators.
