• Performing the Dynatrace Configuration, Implementation and troubleshooting in on-premise -AWS/Azure related Applications
• Understand the various platform like Dynatrace, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Datadog and OS Administration

• Handling both Windows and Linux based application in Dynatrace monitoring environment

• Configurations of Dashboards, Alerts and Integration with ITSM tool

• Working in Synthetic(front-end)monitors well know web UI based monitoring

• Working in Application performance monitoring - sorting out the real user errors

• Working in configuration of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, CallOne IT, Microsoft Teams and Slack

• Have experience in both Europe and US based application monitoring and implementation

• Collaborate with Engineers, Operations and other teams to ensure application, network and

system monitoring best practices

• Be responsible for the design, support and maintenance of a large monitoring infrastructure

• Understanding the critical alerts and its business impact - provide the root cause

• End to End Dynatrace administration in all three(SAAS, DT-Managed & AppMon) working module

• Have onboarded both AWS & Azure services in the Dynatrace and configuration alert mechanisms
