• Operate field equipment in accordance with operational procedures and approved safety procedures to effective performance operational status of equipment.
• Pro-actively Monitoring Field equipment and log all parameters, and Ensure all irregularities are report to supervisor immediate for resolution.
• Prepare equipment's for maintenance activities as per PTW requirement follow-up Recommission of equipment upon satisfactory completion of work and PTW closure. Execution Tasks may include water flushing N2 purging chemical cleaning LOTO isolation ensure ZERO energy leak test pressure test ect.
• Effective communication with ccr/supervisor/maintenance teams for any process upset and normal change-over of equipments like fitter,exchanges,pumps and closing /opening valves priming,pigging,sampling,unit shutdown,start-up operations as process and ccr requirement.
• Submit daily reports for final and approval of supervisor.
• Apply all permit to work requirements and expectation throughout permit to work issuance in field and during PTW audits
• Perform remote wellhead visits as directed by immediate supervisor including execution of operator related PPM.
• Effective shift hand-over personal and current operating status significant event previews hand-over shift Ensure seamless hand-over of responsibility.
• Ensure personal and job safety through unit surveillance, regular safety walks, PTW audits and rising observation.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping to ensure safe working environment, provide effective training for juniors.

P&ID checking and marking,line tracing and ensure as per P&ID

• Following start-up and shut down procedures,following work permit system,commissioning activity like OTP ,pump,compressor,blower,lube oil system function test Effectivity shift hand-over and in detailed and comprehensive manner. Maintain high standard housekeeping ensure safe working condition.
• Performing tests and inspections to ensure systems meet design specifications.
• Operators maintain detailed records of all commissioning activities, test results, and any incidents. They are responsible for compiling operational logs and documenting deviations from standard procedures.
