Area of Exposure:

· Two Wheeler Cable Assembly (Brake, Throat, Clutch, Choke, Seal lock, Speedometer)

· Four wheeler Cable Assembly (Parking Brake, Manual Trans, Clutch, All Body Cables)

Detailed nature of work (Manufacturing):

· Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly production planning

· Knowledge in Cable Assembly process, Window Regulator etc.

· Manpower handling.

· Daily K/I Achieve

· Customer Rejection and Line Rejection Analyze.

· Supervise the production process of Cable Assembly.

· Inspecting the machine and Check Process Parameter.

· Troubleshoot the Problems in the process of the machine during rejection of the Assembly Component.

· Gained Knowledge in Industrial heavy machines and shop floor.

Roles & Responsibility :

· SMT & PCB Board in HUWAI Production.

· Analysis to Solder paste & Checking AOI Unit.

· Trouble shooting on the machine

· Achieve the Shift Production PCB Card’s.

· Good Knowledge from the PCB Board & Learn from the Components & Process

· 1/Hour Verifying the loading Components and Confirm with MSL Tray Verification Units.
