Blueprint and schematic reading: Competence in reading and interpreting technical documents, diagrams, and blueprints for machine setup, operation, and repair
Precision measurement: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and performing quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Safety protocols: Comprehensive knowledge of industry safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and a demonstrated history of adhering to them
Quality control: The ability to inspect products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards
Material handling: Experience in safely handling raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
CNC Machining: Programming (G-code, M-code), setup, and operation of Computer Numerical Control machines.
Hydraulics and Pneumatics: Understanding of these systems for powering and controlling industrial equipment.
Automation and Robotics: Experience in operating or programming automated equipment and robots.
