Twenty eight years now I have been in this field . In those twenty eight years I've worked with and for both terrible maintenance people and great maintenance people , the kind that you feel were just with born with a wrench in their hand so to speak . I've been taught many lessons by the greats , but more so for the not so great . I've learned that it's not your tools that make you a maintenance person but your ability to be patient , your willingness to listen is crucial and your attitude and effort will make it happen . A successful maintenance team is only as good as it's training , which I believe is crucial on any and every level of the team . If you do not evolve in this field , you will be left behind . Im a very safety oriented person and will hold not only myself accountable for safe practices but everyone around me as well . In closing I would like to say this , maintenance is not just what I do but it's who I am . The level of pride and respect I have for the trade is unmatched.
Operated and maintained and entire division . Assisted floor operators with setup and machine operation . Performed all maintenance on the night shift along with programming of plcs controlling the Oberlin , which provides the coolant to the entire plant .

Oversaw reconditioning processes for seven dealerships to ensure that a certain level of quality was established in the department . Revised existing training methods along with implementing several new practices that are still being used today due to their efficiency and success .
Worked as an A level technician. Obtained a Master technician license with Hyundai Automotive school in Atlanta .
Performed all levels of maintenance and repair to suit the publics needs . By second was made shop foreman where I handled all of the sales to the customers while still performing as a technician. Year five was made manager ( age 23 ) where not only sales , and technician work were done but inventory , ordering parts , uniforms , and ensuring all of the equipment met the industry safety ordinances , and specifications. This was a privately owned business where the last year in business a gross of $ 750,000 was made .
