Responsibilities - I was responsible for all the GM areas. I ensured all areas followed and completed process. I assisted store management with any order of business that needed completed. I traveled to other stores to assist with teaching and training.

First promotion with the company. I was over operations in the backroom under the at the time cap system. I had a team of 6, my team responsible for managing overstock residue, verifying, picking, inventory management, reduce shrink.
