Ultrasound Shadowing- General Sonography

• Observing real time ultrasound imaging procedures on various organ systems(abdomen, vascular, etc).
• Learning proper transducer handling and positioning techniques for optimal imaging.
• Understanding patient preparation and positioning for different types of ultrasounds.
• Gaining exposure to doppler ultrasound techniques for assessing blood flow.
