- Brake pad back plate combine 2 operations in single stage. The purpose is to improve productivity and quality by combine blanking and piercing operations by designed and implement new compound tool.
- Achieved improved ejection for tube piercing by providing pneumatic cylinders which led to reduction in manpower
- Improved chutes for separating components and scrap.
- Merging piercing 1 & piercing 2 operations in single operation for reducing man power and stage of operation.
- Improved proper one back stopper in v-bending operation for 5 different sheet metal parts. In my own design by using AUTOCAD
