Used this time to study for my AANP boards, Passed boards on 6/29/2026. Also, using this time to get prepared to start working for Regional Kidney Care.

I did not work during this time. i was a student at East Tennessee State University and finishing up my degree. Graduated on May 7, 2026.

• Worked in inpatient dialysis for 11 years. Worked in step-down ICU for 3 years prior to dialysis.
• ACLS and BLS certified.
• Provided high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administered medications and treatments as prescribed, monitored patient responses, and adjusted care plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educated patients and their families about health conditions, post-operative care, and medication management to promote understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
• Documented patient progress and maintained accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participated in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to improve nursing practices and patient care techniques.

• Earned a Masters of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from East Tennessee State University.
• Completed 540 hours of clinical hours in various settings.
• Member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society for being in the top ten percent of ETSU Master's Program students.

• Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
