First point of contact for clients, take applications, pull credit, review application and credit, Review income and asset documentation . Officially Pre-approve clients, and issue pre-approval letters. Follow up with clients through out them house hunting process, review numbers for a particular property. Communication with realtor for whole process. Maintain loan officers email as well as our clients ( main email ) Pipeline reports monthly in word and excel. Input all clients and realtors, leads, into our CRM system.
