  • Develop detailed documentation regarding employee leave status changes, including start dates, end dates, and return-to-work dates.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records using human resources management system software.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, or regulations.
  • Meet with employees to explain their rights under the FMLA.
