1. EDM-Karachaganak Field, Sep 2020-Dec2020

• Collaborated with the Kazakhstan workflow consultant to create 100 wells from scratch for the Karachaganak field using EDM tools.
• Built comprehensive well data including well, wellbores, event, depth reference, daily operation reports, casing, cementing, completion, and WSD entries.
• Coordinated with the Technical Reporting (TR) team to resolve data quality dashboard issues, successfully improving DQDB scores from 0% to 100% across disciplines.

2.UWI/UWBI Harmonization ,March 2021-Aug 2022

• Individually handled requests for well and wellbores creation, including SAP PSN setups and collaboration with Capital Planning teams.
• Managed data across multiple instances (PT, UIA, UIE, UA, UIG) within the Corporate Data Store (CDS).
• Carried out creation, deletion, and updates of well and wellbores header attributes in CDS tables based on instance-specific work instructions.
• Improved data quality monitoring via SharePoint and DQDB tools; ensured SLA adherence and updated standardized work instructions.
• Played a key role in rebuilding the foundational UWI/UWBI structure for harmonized data governance

3. Franchise Operations- SUKEP Legacy Wells, July 2022-December 2023

• Created standardized operations reporting codes for various well types (COM, DRO, ABA), aligning Shell’s well engineering data to global standards.
• Re-coded operational data across 17 fields, including hole depth and tool depth entries in WPRs.
• Replaced legacy codes with new standard activity codes, enabling consistent performance benchmarking and analytics support.
• Contributed to cost optimization and operational efficiency through standardized data models and improved KPI tracking.

4. Franchise Recording Operations-Shales , Jan 2024-Nov 2024

• Standardized activity codes across shale operations (DRO, WIN, Utility, COM) to streamline performance analysis.
• Enhanced benchmarking capability by improving visibility into KPI trends and contractor performance through unified data.
• Led daily well operations recording, ensuring clarity in objective, phase, and event tracking across well lifecycle.
• Supported global analytics teams by improving structured data flow and reducing reporting complexity.

5. EDM Data Readiness- Migration Project

• Executed well data clean-up in the “Free Region” to enable seamless migration to other platforms.
• Identified and closed data gaps across well properties, wellbore properties, event logs, casing, cementing, equipment, and completion reports.
• Ensured readiness and consistency of data for future integration with downstream platforms and digital tools.
