• Implemented “DoR” into practice, which resulted in increased team efficiency by 16% (Avg Velocity Increased from 38 to 44 story points).
• Led 13-member team project, that identified the customers those are violating location of connection that they received during installation.
• Led 15-member team Smart Home Analytics project, that will send customers, proactive communications about their connection health and lead them to troubleshooting

• Managed 16-member team, on building a mobile version of Distributor Management System, for distributors in rural and urban areas of the country
• Rolled out for 600+ distributors in 3 months, in a phased manner
• Also developed a feedback system in the app, which helped in maintaining the transparency at all stages of implementation journey and product building phase
• Automated the defect tracking mechanism which reduced the clerical work of a resource.

• Engaged in a project with a cross-functional team comprising Dev, QA, and business customers, to build a product for Schemes and Initiatives, that reduced the man-hours of the resources and increased the processing time by a month.
• Led 6-member team, to build a product for Stock Replenishment, which ensured the distributors never ran out of stock of a fast-moving product in the market.
• Managed 20-member team, on both parties (Company and Client), for rolling out the new migrated software into the market, in multiple phases. Rolled out for 1500+ distributors in 2 months, with clear phase-wise plan, and resources allocation

Worked as System Analyst / Developer, partnering with clients across South India, for ERP application.

• Built a Retail POS application along with 10 member cross-functional team.
• Developed a Report Module that has reduced the development efforts of any new report by 70%.
• Developed a shell script that automates the deployment process at client site. Reduced the man-hours of the implementor by 40%.
