Achievement – RPA Implementation

• Renewal Notice Generation, Branch-wise/Vertical-wise segregation and distribution for all motor products. On an average 36 lakhs notices are generated per annum across 450+ branches resulting in savings of Rs. 50 Lakhs per annum (20 man power)
• Certificate issuance for Group Health and Accident policies (OTC banca products). On an average 10 lacs certificates are issued per annum resulting in cost of savings of Rs. 18 lacs per annum. (5 man power)
• Cancellation & refund process implemented in the month of Jan'23 and testing in progress

Achievement – Kiosk Implementation

• Implemented KIOSK across 450 locations in Tier3 and tier4 locations which ensured instant policy issuance.
• As part of the initiative, role the included providing system requirement, UAT testing, tie up with third party vendors for cash management, Bank reconciliation
• Kiosk implementation lead to savings of 25% in average per policy cost (From Rs.30 to Rs.22).

Role – Process Manager – Partnership

Team Size – 125 with 5 Direct Reportees

Achievement – Direct integration through API for policy issuance

• Handled 9 banca partners contributing to 45% of volume in transaction (1.5lakhs policies)
• Managed premium deposit and reconciliation of the deposit on monthly basis
• Through online integration of policy issuance with 5 of the Major partners we achieve a manpower savings of 70% in banca processing team. i.e. from 125 people to 30 people

Role – Process Lead – OEM & Brokers

Team Size – 50 with 2 Direct Reportees

• Handled 4 OEM partners like Toyota, MIBL.
• End to end policy processing is handled at centralized processing.
• Volumes of around 25000 policies handle per month.
• Regular Training/Feedback to teams.
• TAT is being maintained as per SLA

Role – Team Leader – Vendor

• Outsource policy processing activity to a third-party vendor in rural area.
• 6levels of training conducted to teams
• Started with 1000 policies and achieved 10000 policies in a years’ time.
• 100% TAT and payout paid as per SLA.

Role – Shift In-charge.

• Schedule for employees’ shift based on volumes.
• Maintain Inward and out tracker on proposals.
• Monitoring on productivity in employees wise and report to General Manager

• Processing policies/receipt creation and banking

• MIS on business to regional head.
