- Currently Performing daily banking reconciliation operations, which include Credit Cards, Suspense and Sundry in manual and Transaction Life Cycle Management (TLM)
- Proficient in working on reconciliation tools 2.7, TLM & 3.2, TLM Recon
- Investigate and Escalate on anonymous suspense entries which are unclaimed by other respective departments
- To implement data uploads manually and preparation of FTP files for testing and supporting BAU
- Liaising with different IT and business stakeholders to identify new products and build reconciliation model
- Also supporting BCP testing in critical BAU Applications by providing requirements to project team for configuration changes
- Ensure clear and effective communication with other departments which facilitate resolution of BAU queries and outstanding items within deadlines
- Verifying correctness of accounts created and matching logics at every stage of build creation
- Managing, Monitoring and resolution of all complaints, investigations, and customer requests that originate in branch
- Team management like volume preparation, cases allocation and involved in several MIS preparation in order to prioritize and complete volumes before deadline
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reports and report team's operational metrics to Management.
