As RPA Consultant / Account Manager was responsible for:

Project Description:-

AE project impacts all benefits-eligible associates who are working for Wal-Mart in the US including Puerto Rico on a yearly basis. The enrolment application's usability is critical to ensuring the success of the project. The project will entail the implementation of changes to benefit plans which will give the company an offering which will meet the needs of the covered associates at a minimum cost for them and the company. The proposed changes for the Annual Enrolment Online screens for the upcoming year 2014(on-going 2015, 2016 etc) will help the associate experience when needing to navigate through Online Enrolment web application (US App - Java based and Puerto Rico -.net based). The purpose of this release of the project is to integrate the changes to the system and allow all the eligible associates to enroll for their benefits for the next year (2014) - (on-going 2015, 2016 etc). It will also fix the bugs as part of the 2013 ((on-going 2014, 2015 etc)) release. It also Deal/Maintains the associates dependent information that storied in OSCAR system (A UNIX based system). The data flow from online application to DB2 (associates data) and a separate work flow to UNIX system (associates Dependent data)

As an Onsite Test Manager as responsible for:

• Ensured compliance with relevant industry standards by adhering to strict quality assurance guidelines throughout all stages of software development.
• Manage team of 18 members.
• Coordinate on deliverables, track metrics and provide constructive feedback.
• Understand Stories in detail with regular interaction with customer and BA team.
• Validate if each user story meets INVEST principle of Agile (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable)
• Participate in Epic discussion and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Planning and Effort estimation, test planning and test strategy, reporting.
• Participate in Product backlog grooming session and provide inputs as required to ensure user story descriptive enough for easy understanding and meeting Business expectations.

• Regulars updates in Lean kit and Team forge of story progress and tracking velocity.
• Hands on experience of working in BDD process. Organize walkthrough with BA, Tech team and Product Owners (Optionally) before Development as part of BDD.

• Support UAT and Training End user on Implementations / Release based.
• Prepare Confluence pages for showing clear metrics on Scrum team velocity, burn down chart and overall deliverable showcase JIRA dashboard.

• Create ideas for values-adds and provide technical guidance on implementing automation using Selenium and excel macros.
