Roles and Responsibilities (as a Recruiter)

• - End to End Recruitment and Onboarding activities.
• - Preparation of JD after discussion & understanding the requirements of client
• - Sourcing of candidates by means of effective recruitment strategies – through various sourcing platforms, job posting, networking, employee referrals, direct mass mailing , LinkedIn connections etc.
• - Initial Screening of resumes as per the JD/telephonic screening-briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, Organization ,notice period etc.
• - Profile Shortlisting, scheduling the candidates for interview, following up with the shortlisted candidates till onboarding.
• - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS & maintain active database of prospective and rejected candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities (SPOC)

• - Work closely with Business SPOC & Client’s to understand the workforce needs and provide pro-active sourcing
• - Ensuring proper fitments of candidates in terms of job, level, location, CTC and joining dates.
• - Maintain and update database as well as various trackers like Sourcing trackers, Position update and preparation of MIS reports.
