Responsibilities:

• Helping developers on GIT checkout, commits, update and merge, creating branch and tags and resolving conflicts and Taking back up on time of GIT repository.
• Manage branching & merging of releases for Parallel development
• Maven used as build tool to build source code
• Integrated Git and Maven with Jenkins to implement the continuous integration process
• Configuring Multi-Branch Pipeline Jobs to automate Build and deployments by watching Developers Code commits.
• Created Docker images using Docker files to support containerization of applications
• Configuring the Docker containers for different environments
• Implementing Containerization Docker for application launching containers and images
• Involved in writing shell scripts to deploy artifacts from repository to servers
• Daily activities including, delivering daily builds for the scrum teams, supporting SCM requests, maintaining code stability using CI methodologies, code merging, deployments and troubleshooting other day-to-day issues.

Basically, a reporting platform, for the different services client has subscribed to. The services include CUSTODY, CASH, Listed Derivatives, Transfer Agent, Fund Administration, Middle Office Compliance, Client Directory etc., Clients not having swift platform can instruct Cash and Securities using PBLINK.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that live applications continue to operate and be available to agreed performance and availability.
• Providing L2 support
• Identification of recurring problems and escalating the same to L3 teams for permanent fix.
• Setting up CFT transfer configuration between clients
• Checking report generation for different system/clients on their schedule time.
• Understanding the business logic and participate in enhancement.
• Status reporting on a weekly basis
• Generate Monthly KPI, review with Client on the support service provided, identify areas for improvement, increase scope and sort out issues/risks for support activity.
• Automate recurrent tasks using UNIX scripts to increase productivity, provide standard results.
• Knowledge Management: Ensure Documenting on SharePoint on support issues and relevant actions.
• Assist recruitment and provide training on Application to new team members.

• Provided Level 1 and level 2 supports for the application in solving the day today issues and also worked on the night support on the daily maintenance of the application.
• SQL and written complex SQL queries using joins, sub queries and correlated sub queries for exports and data loads to different tables. Prepared required documentation for ad-hocks request, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
• Responsible for interface aborts fixing, ticket solving within SLA.
• Wrote SQL*Loader control files to load data into the data mart schemas from various sources for data transformation and processing. Extensively used PL/SQL for creating Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers and modified several existing PL/SQL programs for performance tuning purposes.
