· Rebuilt probably 10 of our Strand Auto cutting torches and helped others learn. Torch consists for 2 oxygen/natural gas barrels, 3 480volt 3 phase motors,2 screw jacks, string pot for position feedback, laser and proximity switch feedback. 3 water cooled circuits with a power-track. Runs back and forth on rails (2 idler wheels and rear axle with 2 wheels) and has pneumatic clamps from a cylinder that works off nitrogen. Was instrumental in streamlining our rebuild procedure as well as our installation procedure where we can now swap in 3 hours and used to be over 24.
