Responsible for transporting patients from their room to the therapy gym. Requires training in patient transfers, assisting PTs, OTs, SLPs, and incorporating compassion and patience in patient/family interactions.

Observed PTs, PTAs, and PT students in their treatment of diverse conditions. This included post-operation rehab of shoulders, knees, and hands.

Making coffee and other drinks, making ice cream rolls, working register, restocking, and cleaning machines and workspace when closing. Resolved customer concerns with allergies, incorrect orders, and long wait times.

Responsibilities included bussing tables, helping waitresses, restocking fridges, taking trash and cardboard out. Also handled customer complaints when food was incorrect or wait times were long.
