Responsibilities:

• Led application transition phase and delivered reverse presentations on financial track applications.
• Enhanced applications based on new user stories raised in TFS.

Project #1: CompuCom – Client Link Portal

Client: CompuCom Systems | Role: Module Lead | Duration: April 2019 – May 2020

Responsibilities:

• Acted as primary resource for resolving priority issues related to the portal and resolver application.
• Managed and allocated bugs using ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Configured the portal application for 30+ clients.
• Led enhancements for portal and resolver applications.
• Developed technical documentation for ServiceNow APIs used in CLP, aiding the NextGen team in application rewrite.
• Implemented TLS 1.2 code changes across four applications to adapt to the protocol upgrade.
• Created knowledge transfer (KT) and technical specification documents for the Service Categories module.

Project #2: CompuCom - EUO

Client: CompuCom | Role: Module Lead | Duration: Feb 2018 – Mar 2019

Responsibilities:

• Enhanced features and resolved defects using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Configured application in the client environment and worked on stabilisation.
• Led client calls to address and understand issues.
• Assisted team members with issue resolution and provided knowledge transfer and troubleshooting documentation.
• Utilised InstallShield for application builds and executable file creation.

Project #3: ABG - Win2K3 Migration

Client: Avis Budget Group | Role: Module Lead | Duration: Oct 2015 – Jan 2017

Responsibilities:

• Analysed eight production servers across France, Germany, Spain, Australia, and Italy, documenting all applications.
• Coordinated with country Business Analysts and Avis users to gather information on new applications.
• Engaged with vendors to acquire knowledge of third-party applications and assisted in their installation on migrated servers.
• Received positive feedback for demo and unit testing performed on users’ machines.
• Created and uploaded deployment notes and unit testing documentation for future reference.

Project: ABG Enterprise - MDMS

Client: Avis Budget Group | Role: Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Developed POC using ASP.NET MVVM pattern.
• Analysed user stories and requirements in JIRA.
• Designed XAML pages and developed Configuration, Login, and Maintenance modules using Visual Studio 2013.

• Maintained web and FoxPro applications; resolved defects in ASP.NET, C#, and FoxPro.
• Created release notes and UTC documents; supported data center migration.
• Developed SEPA project features and integrated Mainframe Wizard with “Hummingbird.”
