  • Worked as Team lead from 2015 till 2019 providing both L1.5 and L2 support activities.
  • Responsible for writing Requirement document, Root Cause Analysis, Unit test cases, Regression test cases and all the Delivery review and Audit documents.
  • Attended all the business level critical meetings and maintained a good rapport with business
  • Worked on Non – VSAM Datasets, CICS and SQL queries as part of analysis.
  • Involved in day-to-day production support of the application, handling with Incident tickets etc., with quick turnaround time.
