Will-Call Associate

• Greet customers and evaluate the best way to help them.
• Locate their orders in an inventory management software. Assess whether the customer's order is complete or if the order still requires items to be picked. Have the order completed in a timely fashion while keeping friendly conversation with the customer for a better waiting experience.
• If a customer does not have an order number, trouble shoot finding the customer's order based off of different information such as company name, phone number, address, or material on the order.
• Assist the customer with adding or removing material from an order.

Warehouse Picker
