• Conducting Material Inspection to ensure its compliance with specification and material submittals.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly QA/QC reports for improvement of progress.
• Raising, Conducting work and material inspections for MEP services.
• Check all the site works and materials before accompanying the consultant for inspection.
• Participating MEP progress meeting with the contractor.
• Participating Internal and External Quality audits.
• Maintain the records and logs for MEP activities as per the quality standards.
• Monitor the Quality Assurance for various activities at site like document controlling, store keeping to verify it’s compliance to the company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring all kind of site works like installation, testing and commissioning are carried out as per the specified standards.
• Liaising with the contractor and the consultants for all quality related issues.
• Monitoring the Snagging and De-snagging works done by the site team as per regulations.
• Verifying all documents like Material submittals, Shop drawings before submitting to the Consultant.
• Monitoring Installation and Testing of all electrical and mechanical works like, installation of LV Panels, Wiring accessories, Containment works and Low current system and Piping installation and testing for Drainage and Water supply system etc.

• Coordinate with sub-contractors for their work activities.
• Making Snag list for all MEP services.
• Verifying As-built drawings as per site condition.
• Conducting Training Programmes for the End user.
