Has the ability to visualize completed work before installation. Has the ability to plan tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Able to accurately bend and install conduit. Possess knowledge of blueprints, shop drawings, and ladder logic diagrams. Leads or assists in all types of wire pulls (i.e., conduit, cable tray, floor ducts, etc.). Understands various types of switching of branch circuits (i.e., 3-way, 4-way). Possess knowledge to confidently install a 4-wire, 3-phase panel.
