Ÿ Supervises 5 CPS Case Managers that investigate child abuse and neglect cases.

Ÿ Conducts case reviews daily to ensure that case managers are identifying children in an unsafe environment.

Ÿ Staff cases daily with all case managers to determine if there any risks causing a child to be removed from the home.

Ÿ Review cases for quality documentation

Ÿ Attend court hearings, writing court reports, facilitate family team meetings and corroborate with community partners for services.

Ÿ Work with surrounding police departments, mental health facilities and alcohol and drug facilities and other social programs

Ÿ Review timesheets, complete evaluations and monitor mandatory trainings.

Ÿ Conducts in-office trainings with new staff and seasoned staff.

Ÿ Conducts interviews for potential new staff.

Ÿ Responsible for tracking and logging data as it pertains to work progress and outcomes.

Ÿ Conducts home and school visits when needed.

Ÿ Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with staff for case reviews

Ÿ Responsible for entering required documentation on a daily basis that is monitored for federal funds.
