Supervises 5 CPS Case Managers that investigate child abuse and neglect cases.
Conducts case reviews daily to ensure that case managers are identifying children in an unsafe environment.
Staff cases daily with all case managers to determine if there any risks causing a child to be removed from the home.
Review cases for quality documentation
Attend court hearings, writing court reports, facilitate family team meetings and corroborate with community partners for services.
