• Worked on machines that were making scrap parts or that was down.
• Escalate scrap issues to production supervisor
• Ensure production cells did not run out of parts.
• Ensure operators working below me had proper PPE on at all times

• Set down empty containers for production lines
• Put away finished goods into designated locations
• Worked with scanner system and scanned barcodes to their next location
• Unloaded/loaded some trucks.
• Talked with production supervisor on what cells were more priority so I could set in certain containers first.

• Ran a production line and hit rate
• Keep scrap at a minimum. If scrap was happening escalate to supervisor and tech to get issue resolved.
• Loading multiple machines to keep cycle times as low as possible
